Mum’s Pizzeria.
A series of documentary photos showing the work and interior of new family run Brazilian pizza restaurant located in Stratford London. Photos taken in a candid style as the kitchen worked to fulfil orders, making all of their pizzas from scratch and fresh for each order as it came in. As well as capturing the work of the family cooking and interacting I also looked to show the small details to reflect the warm, homely atmosphere and styling of the restaurant.
